On August 11, 2020, Memorandum of understanding was signed between Armenian “China-Eurasia” Council for Political and Strategic research and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s Chinese Committee on Good Neighbourliness, Friendship and Cooperation (SCO GNFCC).
